We found this chinese lantern skeleton laying on the grass.

I love Lily's dewy nose!

Looking back at Easter Sunday

At 7:50am Lily and I stepped out into the glorious Easter sunshine. I wondered if we might see some new spring blossoms or even the Easter Bunny. I looked up the street and noticed a man on a bicycle. He held a black reusable grocery bag hung off each handlebar. He wore a dark jacket with the hood up, black chaps and NOTHING ELSE. Seriously. Eeww. The picture isn't here because I had forgotten the camera at home. Although I wouldn't have taken that picture or posted it! After my triple take, Lily and I proceeded in the opposite direction.

Since I don't have a photo from the walk, here are some pictures I took later that day at my parents' place.

Belly Rub Please!

As usual, Lily drops down for a belly rub exactly five minutes into our walk.

I wonder if she can hear these tulips pushing up out of the earth.
